Come and say hello at Gladstone Hospital Open Day Your hospital, with Dr Nicki Murdock

This week we will be having an Open Day at the Gladstone Hospital for everyone to come along and see what we are doing here.

The day will run on Sunday 13th October from 10am – 3pm, with a flag-raising ceremony at 11am.

There will be tours of the hospital running all day and this will give you an opportunity to meet the staff and see round the hospital.

We will take you through the wards, show you the renal unit, see what happens when you get a plaster and give you other ideas about what we offer here.

Many of our staff will be available to talk about the different departments.

So if you are interested in how the hospital works to care for you this is the day to visit.

The Hospital Auxiliary raises money which it uses to purchase various items of equipment for the hospital.

Auxiliary members will be there on the day running a sausage sizzle to raise further funds, please come along and support them whilst looking at the school colouring competition and the winning entries.

There will also be face painting to finish up the tour for the children.

I look forward to meeting many of you on that day.
